Our desire and goal even before we arrived in Bolivia has been to train leaders and the Lord has tremendously blessed us in this area during the two short years we have been here. This training process starts with our discipleship program. From that we have had several that have risen to the top to become leaders and helpers in the church. Part of the goal we have for our church is that it be a place where now and in the years to come leaders can be trained for the ministry. This month we started our first two classes in our Bible Institute, with the desire in the near future to have more classes so that all those who desire can prepare themselves for the ministry. We had lots of people interested in the classes at first, but we tried to make it something very serious and mostly for those who were willing to pay the price. After we announced the rules and requirements the number dropped significantly. We have in total 9 who are participating, are excited about what they are learning, and have the desire to even do more in the future. Please pray for the future leaders of Bolivia.
