This past week we were able to take trip to Bolivia, which we normally do about half way through our furlough. We like to visit to see how things are going and to be an encouragement to the people and the guys that are leading the churches. This trip was extra special because we were also able to participate in the wedding of Pablo and Evelyn, one of the pastors leading a church there. Beth and I were truly encouraged and blessed to see how the Lord has been blessing in the churches there and how the pastors have been doing a great job leading the people. We could really see how, as a whole, everyone has come together and are working as a team. It was wonderful to see the members of the church calling the Isaac and Pablo Pastor, and how they go to them for advice and guidance. There were new people in both churches and new people serving in different ministries. The construction at our first church in really moving forward and everyone is working very hard to have a place where they can worship together. They now have the outside walls and the retainer wall to begin working on the floor in the main auditorium. During the week we were there, I couldn’t stop thinking about how blessed I am to be able to serve the Lord in Bolivia, and see how He is working in so many lives.
Along with all these blessings, the Lord continues to bless and bring in the money needed to pay off our land. We are now down to right at $8,000 left and have just a little over a week to finish paying everything off. When you give to help us pay for the church’s land, you are investing in a place where many will come to know the Lord and where many lives will be changed. Also from this church many other churches can be started and even more will hear the gospel. Please continue to pray for us and this great need. If you would like to invest in eternity and help us pay for the land, please let me know by writing to kwhite@goreachtheworld.org and send to:
