We praise the Lord to see people take steps of faith in their spiritual lives. We always encourage the people of our churches to take the next step whether it be salvation, baptism, service or even ministry. As a matter of fact, our motto that I have always taught in the churches is that we should always be, “changing and growing”. This past year, right before the pandemic hit, I was able to visit with a family that had been visiting the church for some time. The wife had grown up Jehovahs Witness and the Father Catholic. When I shared the gospel with them and asked them if they would like to trust Christ, the mother said yes, the father said he already had and the daughter said she wanted to get assurance. It was a joy to hear them pray and confirm their faith in Christ as their Salvador. Well this past week both the mother and the daughter took the next step in their spiritual lives of baptism. This was a great joy, and we are now praying that they will continue to grow and get involved in the church. There are also two families in our third church that are starting membership classes to become part of the church. All this is exciting and we are praying that we will see many more come to the Lord and take steps of faith in their lives.
