Well last night at 12:15 am Titus finally decided to show up but not with out holding out to the very end. It was a pretty eventful night but I will try and keep it short. Yesterday we had our weekly visit to the doctor to see how things were progressing and she said that Beth was already dilated to 5 and that she would go that very night. We had our doubts after two weeks of late nights and almosts. We went to get something to eat afterwards and the contraction quickened form every 10 min to every 5 min. By the time we were finishing our meal they were every three minutes and we had to leave quickly. We rushed home got everything and ran to the hospital. When we arrived she was at 9 and ready at any minute. We made to the delivery room and she started to push a little, and then some more, and then some more. After several hours of pushing the baby had not dropped any which meant that there was a problem. Either he was too big or the cord could be around his neck. At around 11:30 we decided the best thing would be a cesarean so as not the put the baby or mom at risk. About 45 minutes later he was here and the neat thing was that they allowed me to be in the operating room with her which is very unusually for here. He was as hansom as I imagined (just like his dad 🙂 with big eyes and already some hair. He has cried very little which is a miracle compared to the other two. Here are a couple of picture for now. We will send more when we are at home again. We praise the Lord for a wonderful healthy baby and we thank you for your prayers.
