The Bible says in the book of Proverbs that a friend loveth at all times and there is no greater friend that we can have than the Lord Jesus Christ. Through the friendships that we can make with others here we can also introduce them to this best friend they will ever know. This past Sunday the 22nd of July we had here in Bolivia friendship day. For this day we had a banquet in the church so that everyone could invite their friends and family for this special day. We were praying for 100 people but planning for a few more than that for the banquet. Many people were invited and much preparation was put into making this day especial. On Sunday we started with the church mostly full and by the time we finished we had 122 in attendance. Many people were visiting for the first time and also hearing the gospel for the first time. During the invitation we had several professions of faith and three families that told us they had been looking for a church in our area. This was truly a wonderful day and we anticipate the fruit that we will see in the future from the seed that was planted. Please pray as we follow up on the contacts and the friendships that were made.
